Settlement Day Checklist Reminder

When attending your closing, please remember to bring: 1. Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport per the U.S. Patriot Act); 2. Certified Cashier’s Check or verified Wire Transfer for funds over $5,000.00; and 3. A personal checkbook to cover any minor last-minute tax/fuel adjustments. (If your cashier's check exceeds the final figure, an immediate refund check is issued at the table).
